Pistachio kernels basically are prepared from two types of pistachios: closed shells pistachios and open shell pistachios
Open Shell : Open-skinned pistachios are crushed by hand, so it takes longer time to process this model. Open shell pistachio is often used as in various industries such as pastries, chocolate, ice cream, sausages and ham.
Close Shell: Closed shell pistachios are sent to the factory after collection to be broken automatically. This pistachio has a better price than the first type
